Healing Fudge ~ I LOVE THIS STUFF!

Make your own healing treat and curb your sugar and chocolate cravings all in one.  There are many alternative and just as healthy recipes out there. So find one that works for you and your health.  Caution for those with diabetes and other insulin issues, honey may spike your sugar so find something that works for your body.  Molasses, agave, stevia, or less honey.

Coconut Fudge

  • 1 C organic extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 C organic peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 C raw honey (or less to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Saigon cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla
  • Himalayan sea salt (optional)

Blend softened coconut oil and peanut butter until smooth and well blended. Add cocoa powder, honey and cinnamon taste. Add vanilla.

Pour into shallow dish, cover and refrigerate and sneak into them until they disappear.

Must be refrigerated until consumed due to melting at room temps. The cooled coconut acts as the hardening agent in these.

Enjoy alone or share with others.

Disclaimer: coconut oil is a natural laxative. Do not try to eat these all at once.  Only consume a small amount until your body is used to the coconut oil.

Other tasty tips to curb a chocolate craving… Yummy.:

  • homemade granola (see recipe)

Eliminating added sugars, eating whole non GMO food, fermenting and gardening, homeschooling and my continued learning. Come join my journey and continue your own. Please note: I do not claim to have all the answeres and base my FACTS on my own experiences and conclusions. Please take time to pray for healing and direction, research on your own, ask questions, seek out an expert and start low and slow. We are all created unique and live different lifestyles and nothing is the same for everyone. Be blessed on your journey. I owe it all to the creator of all things, glory be to God!
