There is healing in Laughter

You may have heard there are benefits to laughter and joy, but do you BELIEVE it?  Many people forget about the major health benefits found in a dose of LAUGHTER when dieting or exercise.  Eating well can only provide so much healing alone.

Laughter can aid in detoxing our life of bitterness, envy, jealousy, malice, selfish ambitions, greed and more.  Without joy and laughter, you may stay stuck in a toxic state.  Don’ forget to add JOY to your journey.
