There are some who struggle with chronic sickness and infections, from allergy symptoms to UTI and more. As you may know, infections and prescribed treatments can cause complications in pregnancy and parasite cleansing is simply not an option while pregnant or nursing.
Here are a few safe ways you can manage and maintain your health while pregnant and/or nursing.
I always pray to God for direction and listen to my body to do what feels right for me.
Avoid all sugar dairy and grains as much as possible. You would do best to eliminate them completely.
Drink plenty of clean purified water.
Eat lots of
- Pumpkin seeds and pineapple juice blended together
- Coconut oil
Try this simple home remedy. Make ahead and use often with any symptoms of illness.
- Raw fresh garlic
- Raw fresh ginger root
- Raw fresh turmeric root if you can find it local
- Raw local honey
- Grate, chop and/or press fresh ingredients and fill your size choice of mason jar to the top, cover ingredients with honey, let sit for an hour and add more honey to fill remainder of the jar leaving ¼ inch head space.
- Clean neck and rim with damp cloth or paper towel. Seal with clean lid and ring.
- Store 6 weeks in cupboard and keeps longer in refrigerator or cool location.
2. Supplement with
- Vitamin c – liposomal C
- Charcoal to remove any die off toxins released
- Magnesium malate
Be sure to keep bowels freely moving.
Detox baths at night
- Borax and vinegar 1/2 – 1 C each thieves 8-10 drops diluted in a soap base to evenly distribute and avoid burns
Shower in am if you have any signs of intestinal worms with anal itching. Worms and parasites are nocturnal.
Wellness Mama shares a GBS protocol and is a good idea if you suspect any signs of infections such as yeast infection, GBS as well as any intestinal worms.
change your panties regularly and wash or bag them immediately.
Hottest setting possible. Be cautious not to burn you or kids.
Borax and vinegar. 1/2 – 1 C combined
Bag directly out of dryer according to each persons items.
Thyme and thieves are a great non toxic home cleaning option that do the job well.
Get everyone involved if possible.
Treat the whole family the same, as well as add..
- Black walnut

Note: stress makes things worse so use this time to slow down, ask for help, pamper yourself and know you are not alone. By keeping your body clean inside and out, you will create an undesirable living environment for the infections and you will minimalize the effect it has on your body and growing baby.
Don’t forget to return to this and complete an full detox and cleanse after you wean your child and eliminate and lingering guests.

I have treated the flu, GBS and mastitis infections successfully and effectively with all of these treatments.
