Its all in the food

God has given us all we need for life and godliness.  I believe this to mean an abundant healthy life.  He created all things perfect in the beginning.  In the garden.  We had perfect communion with God, clean food, and clean water.  Everything he made was good.  We broke the one forbidden rule, not to eat the fruit that was to make us like God and it brought sin, death and disease.

We live in a toxic world as a result and there are now many things that come to pillage our otherwise healthy bodies.  Therefore,  if we choose to take responsibility for our life, we must take the steps to regain our life and take the challenge to live a life worth living.  Growing older does not have to mean getting sicker.

Without a low toxicity diet, good gut health, immune system, plenty of probiotics, lymphatic and adrenal support, our bodies can become a pillage for many harmful organisms, including parasites.

This can mean low energy, diseases, or other health issues.

Beginners Shopping List

Here is a list of items suggested for those just starting out or not fully SOLD OUT on the idea or those who just want to enjoy GOOD GOD FOOD and healing at the same time.

A good rule of thumb here is to find single ingredient foods with one ingredient in it.

No added ingredients, flavors, colors, preservatives etc. (So peanut butter would just have peanuts as the ONLY ingredient.  This takes a bit of getting used to but as you move along you will find products that you go to every time.

Depending on where you shop and what you buy.  Although I prefer to buy my items local, I do have to admit that I shop Costco for bulk items because I am on a budget too.

Milk, I buy raw goats milk.  But even raw milk  is a good alternative.

3 detoxing jump starting drinks

  • Green Tea*

Start your morning right, make a cup of green tea with lemon* and a tad of molasses* or honey*

  • Lemon Water

Add fresh squeezed lemon* to your water with

  • Lemon Water with a punch

Add a tsp of apple cider vinegar* to your lemon* water and honey* or molasses* to curb the bite.

These drinks with lemon help your body pH and liver and kidney function, not to mention the many other health benefits that come along.  It will curb diabetes, heart disease and much more.  Start low and slow and add a little more each day to work into a Tbsp of apple cider vinegar*.

Molasses*contains needed minerals many of us are lacking and honey* is healing as well.  Don’t wait for another day.  Enjoy these amazing drinks and let them go to work.
